Slip-on Line (Carbon) for KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-6R EXHAUST 2024 with valve kit
The first step on the exhaust tuning ladder, this system uses race-proven materials, increases performance, and meets Euro5 EC/ECE type approval. Handmade carbon-fiber muffler outer sleeve, end cap, and heat shield – supplied to cover the exhaust valve in the link pipe – with a high-grade stainless-steel inner structure and link pipe. Weight is reduced by 2.9 kg against the standard stock system, and power is enhanced by 0.4 kW (0.6 hp) at 13,450 rpm, with a torque increase of 0.6 Nm at 9,150 rpm when tested on the Akrapovič dyno and compared to a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R equipped with a standard stock system. The exhaust is a simple plug-and-play system with no remapping, and it produces a deep and vivid sound.
Options include a carbon-fibre muffler bracket and a link pipe for further performance upgrade and for use on closed circuits and race tracks.

Optional Link Pipe (Stainless Steel) for KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-6R 2021-2024
This high-grade stainless-steel link pipe has been developed to optimize gas flow through the removal of the standard stock pre-muffler to enhance performance. A second lambda plug is incorporated into the link pipe. It reduces weight over the standard stock pipe by 79.2% (4.6 kg). It offers impressive power and torque gains in the mid and high rpm range, with increases of 2.4 kW (3.3 hp) at 6,250 rpm and 3.2 Nm at 6,250 rpm, respectively, when fitted to the Slip-On Line (Carbon) and compared to a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R equipped with a standard stock system and tested on the Akrapovič dyno. It delivers a deep racing sound and is a plug-and-play installation with no remapping needed.
